Abbie and I went to Baker City for the purpose of getting a new watch new battery for her watch. We dropped the watch off at J Tabor, and went for a walk browsing the shops on main street. After drinks at the Baker City Cafe we walked back towards the jewelry store. While in front of the Geiser Grand Hotel I got down on one knee proposed. Abbie initialy thought I was tying my shoe, then biting her lip and trying not to cry she accepted and gave me a big hug. Returning to the jewelry store to get Abbie's watch we selected our rings.
We are really excited and plan to get married this summer up at Lake Creek Camp, one of my favorite childhood places. There are a few open dates in August and we plan on reserving one this week.
