'62 Days

Gold was discovered in Canyon City in 1862, and this is celebrated annually in Grant County on the first weekend in June. This year Abbie and I participated in the event March of Dimes Walk and Bed Races. I am glad to say the March of Dimes was able to raise several hundred dollars during the walk, and the Chester's Renegades took home the 1st place price in the bed races!
